Rabbit Holdings is a subsidiary of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, which serves as the Company's major shareholder.

Share Information

Rabbit Holdings has issued two principal classes of equity securities that are listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. According to the most recent corporate disclosures, the outstanding share volumes are as follows:
- Ordinary Shares (RABBIT): 7,484mn shares
- Preferred Shares (RABBIT-P): 24,335mn shares
Shareholders may convert preferred shares to ordinary shares at a 1:1 ratio at the last week of every quarter, causing the outstanding volume of each class to fluctuate throughout the year.

- Currently, the preferred shares have an accumulated preferred dividend payment right of THB 1.10 per preferred share held with no expiration date.
- RABBIT-P shareholders have the option to exercise their conversion rights into RABBIT shares at a ratio of 1 preferred share to 1 ordinary share. Shareholders may declare their intention to exercise this right during the last week of every quarter at no cost.
